Shipping & Delivery Policy
mpfoods.in is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Tuesdays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through our Delivery Vehicles only.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
We are not charging for shipping orders via Website, however our delivery radius is limited to 6-7KM from our Outlet at Sector-79, Faridabad, Haryana.
Which products can be ordered via Website?
We serve desserts, cakes, breads, cookies and savoury packaged snacks only via our website.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are delivered within the slots mentioned on the website, last orders for a given slot can be placed an hour before the starting time of that slot.
Maitrre Patisserie can close a booking slot without notice if faced with operational or shipping constraints.
What if the product is received in damaged condition or does not match with product specification mentioned on the website?
We request you to check the product for defects while accepting the delivery at your doorstep.
If product is found to have dissatisfactory quality, please refuse to accept the product and return it to the delivery person without tampering with the packaging.
Following defects fall under dissatisfactory quality:
a. Missing Products
b. Wrong Products
c. Expired Products
d. Damaged Products
Upon investigation of the issue, you will receive a call from our team and based on the severity of the issue, we shall offer a full refund or replacement within 24 hours.
No replacement or refund shall be offered for orders that are opened and/or partially or completely consumed.
How can I cancel my order?
Since our products have a limited shelf life, we offer no cancellations once order is confirmed.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
As of now, we accept pre-paid orders only. This enables us to complete the deliveries on time and save the valuable time of our customers.
Is there a minimum order value criteria for doorstep deliveries?
Yes, we accept orders above INR 89/- and above only.
How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?
– You will receive a communication on Whatsapp/SMS when cancellation is successful.
– You will receive a communication on Whatsapp/SMS when refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that.
